Project 122

A modest single storey rear extension was added to the existing Victorian property.  The extension provided additional utility space and ground floor WC and shower room.  The proposals were designed to accommodate those with reduced mobility in should the client require this in their later years.  This included meeting the standards set out in the Building Regulations Part M4(3), including level access to the new rear entrance door, and large walk-in shower area with level access.
