The client had recently purchased this two-bedroom bungalow which required substantial renovation works.  As part of the work, they wished to include a modest ‘sun room’ to utilise the West facing garden and evening sun.  The inclusion of a new rooflight to the existing second bedroom ensured this room retained plenty of natural light and the ability to achieve natural ventilation.
