Georgian Dwell

Georgian Dwell is a new bespoke dwelling located on a prestigious plot in Leicestershire.  The proposal includes generous living accommodation, along with an indoor pool house attached to the dwelling.

The client had a preference for the Georgian style property.  The proposals capture an essence of the Georgian style with the inclusion of symmetry to the façade and carefully considered window proportions and subtle detailing that compliments the street scene. The clients’ preference for arches are features within the internal and external detailing.
